Works if you paste a redacted batch.

Sort in Gmail; draft only in the chat.
Open GmailPick 8–15 messages, not the whole inbox. Paste subject, sender, date, and body. Strip account numbers, passwords, health details, and anything you would not forward. Add a one-line voice note: “I am a project lead; short and warm.”
Force a sort first. Drafts come second so the model does not start writing yeses you never agreed to.
Copy-paste prompt
Help me triage a batch of emails. Drafts only — I will send. Hard rules: - Do not invent commitments, dates, prices, or attachments. - Do not apologize for things I did not do and do not accept meetings I did not offer. - If a fact is missing, put NEED FROM ME in brackets instead of guessing. - Redact anything that looks like a secret if I missed it; tell me you did. For each message output: 1) Label: now / later / waiting / archive / unsubscribe 2) Why (one line) 3) Suggested next action for me 4) Draft reply only if label is now or later. Keep it under 120 words. Wait for the batch. Confirm the rules, then stop.
Skim the labels first. If “now” looks wrong, correct it before you look at drafts. Then ask for revisions on the two or three you will actually send today.
Generate command
Here is the batch. Classify all of them. Draft replies only for items labeled now. Leave [NEED FROM ME] visible. Do not schedule anything.
Copy a draft into your email client. Add the missing facts. Read the To field and the last thread. You hit send. Never paste an app password or “log in as me” instruction into the chat.
