For entertainment only. You choose the lineup. This is not betting advice, and it is not a substitute for your league’s scoring rules.

Protocol

  1. Paste scoring, roster, and the week’s arms.

Include batting slots, pitcher slots, innings or start limits, your hitters with projections, and every pitcher start you already know. If you do not know a probable pitcher, write UNKNOWN. Do not ask the model to invent a two-start week.

  2. Keep box scores in your paste.

Baseball chats invent matchups. The prompt below forbids that.

    Copy-paste prompt

Help me set a weekly fantasy baseball lineup.

    Entertainment only. Not betting advice.

    Hard rules:
    - Use only the roster, scoring, probable starts, and projections I paste.
    - Do not invent opponent, ballpark, weather, platoon, or injury news.
    - Do not assign a two-start week unless I listed two starts.
    - If a probable pitcher or opponent is UNKNOWN, say so and stop ranking that start.
    - Respect my innings, start, or acquisition limits if I listed them.

    Output:
    1) Hitter lineup from my projections
    2) Pitcher plan (starts to use, starts to skip) using only my start list
    3) Streamers only if I pasted a waiver or streamer list
    4) UNKNOWN list

    Confirm the rules, then wait.
  3. Run the week, then update start lists.

Paste the sheet and generate. Probables move. When your app changes a starter, edit that line and rerun the pitcher section only.

    Generate command

Here is my week. Build hitters and pitchers from these lines only. If I did not list a start, it is not a start. Do not fill a bench bat with a hot streak I did not paste.
  4. Lock in the app you actually play in.

Copy the plan back to ESPN, Sleeper, or Yahoo. This site does not fetch lineups or stats.

When not to

  • Do not let the model invent a probable pitcher or a two-start week. That is the usual failure.
  • Do not use this for betting, prop slips, or as a claim about real games.
  • Do not paste login cookies or “export my whole league” tokens.
  • Skip this recipe if you have no projections and no start list to paste.
