For entertainment only. You choose the lineup. This is not betting advice, and it is not a substitute for your league’s scoring rules.

Protocol

  1. Paste the week, scoring, and numbers.

Include league type (PPR, half, standard), roster slots, your full roster, opponent if you have it, and projections from a source you trust. If a player has no projection in your paste, they have no projection. Do not ask the model to “look up” injuries or Vegas lines.

  2. Set the no-invention rules.

Paste this first. The model may rank only what you provided.

    Entertainment only. Not betting advice.

    Hard rules:
    - Use only the roster, scoring, matchup notes, and projections I paste.
    - Do not invent stats, snap counts, injury statuses, weather, or news.
    - If a player is missing a projection or a note, write UNKNOWN and skip any claim that needs that number.
    - Do not browse or recall a live injury report. If I did not paste it, it does not exist for this chat.
    - Follow my league’s slots exactly. Do not invent a Superflex if I did not list one.

    Output:
    1) Recommended starters with the projection I provided
    2) Bench, with one-line why, citing my numbers only
    3) Toss-ups — two options and what I would need to know that I did not paste
    4) Risks I already mentioned; no new ones

Confirm the rules, then wait for my paste.
  3. Drop the roster and ask for the grid.

Paste in this order: scoring, slots, roster with projections, then optional notes (“CMC is Out per my app”). Then send the command.

    Generate command

Here is my week. Build the lineup from these numbers only. If two players are within 1.5 projected points, call it a toss-up. Do not break a tie with news I did not paste.
  4. You lock the lineup.

Compare the grid to your app. If a projection looks stale, update the paste and rerun. Never treat the chat as a live injury feed.

When not to

  • Do not let the model invent an injury, a snap-count trend, or a “smash spot.” If you did not paste it, it is out.
  • Do not use this for betting or as a claim about real-world player performance.
  • Do not paste other managers’ private league messages without need.
  • Skip this recipe if you have no projections to paste. A name list alone is not enough for an honest start/sit.
