Answer one RFP question from approved evidence—and list gaps instead of inventing certifications.

Last verified: 2026-09-07

Do not invent certifications, insurance limits, SOC reports, staffing, or client names. Missing evidence is a gap, not a yes.

Protocol

  1. Paste one question and the approved evidence pack (6 min).

Include the RFP question (and word limit), plus only documents you are allowed to reuse: policies, cert names/dates you can show, staff counts you can defend, and prior answers. If a cert is expired or absent, write ABSENT. Do not add ISO/SOC/insurance you do not have.

  2. Lock “no invented certifications.”

Paste the rules first. A yes without evidence is forbidden.

    Copy-paste prompt

Draft one RFP/RFI answer from approved evidence I paste.

    Hard rules:
    - Use only the question and evidence I provide.
    - Do not invent certifications, audit dates, insurance limits, headcount, uptime, or customer names.
    - If evidence is ABSENT or expired, mark EVIDENCE GAP. Do not answer yes.
    - Stay inside the word limit I give. If none, 250 words.
    - Separate the buyer-facing answer from the internal gap list.

    Output:
    1) Buyer-facing answer
    2) Evidence map (sentence → source I pasted)
    3) EVIDENCE GAP list (do not send without review)
    4) Claims that sounded stronger than the evidence (flag)

    Confirm the rules, then wait.
  3. Generate the section and send gaps to the owner.

Internal gaps stay internal until someone supplies a document. Then send:

    Generate command

Here is the question, word limit, and approved evidence (ABSENT where we have none). Draft the answer. Do not fill a certification. List EVIDENCE GAPs separately.
  4. Compliance reviews, then you submit in the portal.

A human who owns the certs still signs off. If you need a shorter portal cut, use the block below.

    Portal word-limit cut

Cut the buyer-facing answer to the word limit I specify. Do not add evidence. Keep EVIDENCE GAP items off the buyer-facing text unless I say to disclose a no.

When not to

  • An evidence gap is the correct output. Do not invent certifications, SOC 2, ISO, insurance, staffing, or a named customer to fill a hole.
  • Do not paste another company’s confidential proposal as “inspiration.”
  • Do not auto-answer a full security questionnaire in one shot—this recipe is one question.
  • Skip this recipe if you have no evidence pack. Collect documents first.
